Auntie Eman’s Orange Cake (Bundt Style)Bright, fluffy, and full of citrusy love—this cake is like sunshine on a plate.

Ingredients
4 large eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Butter and flour (for prepping the bundt pan)
Optional: Sliced oranges, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Pan: Butter and flour a bundt pan thoroughly, making sure to get into all the grooves. Set aside.
Whip the Eggs: In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the eggs on high speed until they become light, pale, and fluffy.
Add the Sugar: Lower the mixer speed and slowly add in the sugar, letting it fully incorporate into the eggs.
Incorporate the Liquids: With the mixer on low, add the vanilla, oil, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until everything is well combined.
Sift the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
Add the Dry to the Wet: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, spoon by spoon, allowing each addition to mix in before adding the next. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Decorate: Let the cake cool in the pan before flipping it onto a serving plate. Decorate with orange slices around the base for a beautiful, simple finish.
