Meet Eman—an incredible home cook, devoted mother, and great teacher! Of Palestinian origins and born and raised in Jordan, she brings the rich flavors of her heritage to every dish she creates. From silky hummus and fragrant ouzi to the most perfect maqlooba and melt-in-your-mouth warbat, Eman’s cooking is a celebration of tradition, love, and hospitality.
Her passion for food is matched only by her love for family, community, and travel. Whether she’s preparing a feast for her family, filming her next recipe or exploring places like Istanbul, and Cairo, Eman believes that food is meant to bring people together.

Hi, I’m Emilia!

I help Eman document all her incredible recipes. You might know me as the one recording her stories and bringing her recipes to life through voice. I’ve traveled to over 50 countries, and I can confidently say I’ve never met a better cook than Eman. After a year of knowing her, I asked if I could help preserve her culinary knowledge, and now here we are, doing it together.
I’m originally from Puerto Rico but have been living in the U.S. for over 15 years. I’m honored to be part of this journey, capturing Eman’s wisdom and flavors for all of you to enjoy.
